Culture is simply "how we do things here." Trust is the belief that teammates will do their part and won't humiliate you when you fail. Together they decide whether players ask for the ball or hide from it.
Culture is not built with slogans on the dressing-room wall. It is built with standards the players help write, with what the coach celebrates, and with how mistakes are handled in public. This section covers team standards, team chemistry and the moments that shape a group's culture.
